PCSFLA, is that really the argument you are trying to put in everybody’s mind? No, they are not trying to get illegal votes. He is showing he can speak the language 12% of the US population speaks @home. Do your census research. That’s 12% (and rising) of US citizens that speak Spanish @home. Gov. Kaine didn’t learn Spanish just to make Spanish speaking people like him. Yes, it is a political tool (and a strong one), but it also shows a bit of respect to those who prefer another language.
